nIf you query for data does not exist in a zone, the NXT RR provides proof of non-existence

nThe principle is simple, as explained before but there is a complication: WILDCARDS.

nWildcards are needed and will need to be secured:
u*.1.3.e164.arpa.   NAPTR   (redirection to some ldap server)

RFC 2916 ( E.164 number and DNS) has a similar example on wildcard naptr records in section 3.2.3.
