Compile the source using openssl libraries:
./configure --with-openssl
with Ò--prefix=/usr/localÓ your programs will end up in the following locations
/usr/local/sbin/named
/usr/local/sbin/named-checkconf
/usr/local/sbin/named-checkzone
/usr/local/bin/dig
/usr/local/bin/dnssec-keygen
/usr/local/bin/dnssec-signzone
